This place suits me perfectly! I love the ski school, spacious rooms, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped with my elderly parents on my first stay, which I appreciate. Highly recommend it for a holiday! Can't wait to return.

The lack of connecting rooms feels limiting for families!!! Parking is inconveniently distant from the lobby, making luggage transport a hassle!!! Room decor is in dire need of modernization!!!

Had an amazing time with a delicious breakfast spread each morning and the onsen was perfect after a long day on the slopes. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of both the public bath and the garden area. Just a heads up, the furniture in the room could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Loved the corner room with stunning mountain views! It was super cozy with a comfy bed, perfect for evenings. Plus, the onsen was a delightful treat to unwind after a day of skiing!

Ski slopes at our doorstep

Every morning, we stepped out of our room onto the slopes. The helpful staff made gear rentals a breeze, and the onsen was a delightful reward after skiing all day.

However, dining options were quite limited and often required reservations. A few nights, we ended up taking a taxi into town since restaurants were fully booked, which was frustrating.

The location provides excellent ski-in/ski-out access and the onsen experience is remarkable, with separate male and female areas offering both indoor and outdoor options. Enjoying breakfast bars was a highlight, especially with the variety they offered. However, the absence of more extensive dining options nearby and overcrowding during peak hours detracted from the experience. Cleanliness was top-notch, but the need for more towels in the onsen area was noted.

Breakfast offered a nice variety and the unique presentations stood out. Access to the onsen was a highlight. it felt amazing to relax in the hot spring after a long day of skiing. However, I faced some issues with dining options. Some restaurants required reservations, but when I arrived in the evening, they were fully booked. This forced me to take a taxi into town, which added extra expense. The bakery was permanently closed, limiting my quick breakfast options. I felt the convenience shop also lacked essentials like cup noodles for snacking late at night. Despite these inconveniences, I'd still consider returning for the great location and services.

We had a Corner Double Room and it was super cozy and warm. The view of the slopes was a nice touch. The layout was a bit different but not a big deal. The bed was really comfortable, which was key after a long day on the slopes. Overall, a solid room for skiing.

Ski-in/ski-out access makes this place awesome. Rooms have air conditioning, a refrigerator, and comfy seating areas. The private bathrooms are spacious with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The spa is a highlight with a hot spring bath, sauna, and open-air bath for relaxation. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, always fresh and delicious.

Had an lovely family trip! The ski in/ski out access was a game changer for us The breakfast buffet was nothing short of extraordinary! They even made special accommodations for our food allergies, which was greatly appreciated.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but totally acceptable for the quality we received.
